Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team on a remote basis from the UK or Poland. This is a full desk recruiting role supporting our embedded RPO accounts, and we're hiring 2 to 3 people for immediate start given the pace of our current client demand.

What You Will Actually Do

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned client accounts, from intake through offer
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates across a range of roles and seniority levels
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines, keeping trackers and the ATS current in real time
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and client stakeholders on role scoping, feedback, and process updates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and calendars
  • Juggle several simultaneous searches at once, adjusting priorities as client urgency shifts
  • Communicate proactively with candidates and clients to keep every search moving

What You Bring

  • Prior recruiting experience, agency, RPO, or in house, ideally full desk
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Based in, or able to work core hours aligned with, the UK or Poland
  • Comfortable managing a high volume req load across multiple accounts at once
  • Hands on experience with an ATS and building your own tracking systems
  • Availability to start immediately or on short notice
