Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines (3/4 axis)
- Work with modern machinery (e.g. Haas) using CAD/CAM systems such as OneCNC or HyperMILL
- Maintain high standards of precision and quality
- Meet production schedules and internal deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving on the shop floor
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller (3-axis minimum)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- CAD/CAM experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Candidates with solid 3-axis experience will be considered and trained on 4-axis machines (salary may reflect experience level).
