An established and growing manufacturing business in Hayes is looking to bring on a Quote Coordinator to support its commercial and sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of sales opportunities (typically under GBP10k) and follow up with customers to secure orders.
- Regularly engage with clients via phone and email to maintain communication and move quotes forward.
- Keep CRM and internal tracking systems updated to reflect current opportunity status.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Use commercial judgement to support the team in winning new business.
- Assist with general office duties and ad hoc support as needed by the Bid Manager.
