About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Machine Operator to join a specialist aerospace manufacturer based in Hayes. We are looking for someone with a strong manufacturing background who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in producing quality work and isn’t afraid to get hands-on. You’ll be trained in specialist laminating and coating processes used to manufacture high-performance materials supplied into the aerospace industry. This is a varied role where you’ll operate production equipment, help set up machines, monitor production, carry out quality checks and ensure the manufacturing cell continues to run efficiently throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate specialist production machinery following full training.
- Assist with machine set-ups and product changeovers.
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards and daily targets are achieved.
- Carry out routine quality inspections and testing.
- Load and unload production equipment safely.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the manufacturing cell.
