About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Machine Operator to join a specialist aerospace manufacturer based in Hayes. We are looking for someone with a strong manufacturing background who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in producing quality work and isn’t afraid to get hands-on. You’ll be trained in specialist laminating and coating processes used to manufacture high-performance materials supplied into the aerospace industry. This is a varied role where you’ll operate production equipment, help set up machines, monitor production, carry out quality checks and ensure the manufacturing cell continues to run efficiently throughout the shift.
