We are recruiting an experienced Extrusion Machine Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment. This is a permanent, day-shift role offering regular hours, enhanced overtime rates, and excellent employee benefits. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining polymer extrusion processes, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor polymer extrusion lines
- Control process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot extrusion and process-related issues
- Carry out in-process quality checks and inspections
- Support continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Assist with routine and preventative maintenance
