An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an established electrical organisation.
As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of a defined territory covering South East London, Kent, East & West Sussex , developing relationships with key contractors, consultants, specifiers and other industry influencers.
As business development manager you will be creating demand, influencing projects at an early stage, securing product specifications and converting opportunities into long-term commercial growth.
Key areas include : Bromley, Dartford, Maidstone, Brighton, Crawley and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management
· Identify, target and develop relationships with key contractors, consultants, specifiers and industry influencers
· Build strong, long-term relationships and influence buying decisions
· Develop new business opportunities and increase penetration across targeted accounts
· Identify opportunities to grow sales and strengthen market presence across the territory
Specification & Project Development
· Influence project designs and product selection at an early stage
· Secure product specifications and position products as preferred solutions
