Are you a science graduate with a keen interest in data administration and reporting and want experience with a global organisation? Have you recently graduated or want to use science skills outside of the lab and have recent data reporting skills (using products like SAP, SQL, PBI, Tableau all desirable)?
As Data Administration and Reporting Planning Analyst, you are responsible for execution and managing all reports required to support the products planning cycle of a designated science area. You will be liaising with key areas like Supply Planning, Sourcing Planning, Logistics, and Finance, and will be responsible for adhering to a standard monthly process and meeting agreed/prescribed reporting standards, timeliness and accuracy, ensuring any reporting issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner, and suggesting improvements in the area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Execution and delivery of daily/week/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports as per agreed schedule/calendar
- Ensure data in reports are accurate through proper consistency checks
- Supports planning activities covering for supply planner of a designated science area
- Regularly reviews and keeps up to date Reporting guides, updates and enhances where necessary
- Facilitates meetings related to planning reports where involvement and inputs from supply planners are required
- Works as a team player and understands their role and influence on others
- Identifies who the key stakeholders are and develops strong working relationships in order to understand the cross-functional influence and interdependencies
- Able to prioritise own workload to ensure individual and cross-functional deadlines are met
- Regularly reviews tasks and customers assigned as a backup to ensure knowledge on latest changes in place
- Manages delivery of ad hoc additional work activities within the team without impact to business as usual activities
- Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Physics, or any STEM related field)
- Some training given but experience of the below desirable:
- Experience in communication (internal/external) desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in internal and external environment
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Data administration experience with attention to detail
- Knowledge of SAP systems (preferential)
- Medium to advanced level of Reporting/Data software experience (SQL, PBI, Tableau etc.) beneficial
- Ability to conduct detailed manipulation of complex data from multiple sources
- Customer service oriented thinking
- Ability to build sustainable relationships
