As a Laboratory Technician / Lab Operator in an industrial manufacturing setting, you will support day-to-day lab activities, including formulation and blending work, coordinating tests, and preparing samples for dispatch. Key Responsibilities- Contribute to maintaining high health & safety standards within the lab
- Prepare and blend formulations following established procedures and timelines
- Accurately record and maintain experimental data and results
- Coordinate and dispatch samples to internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support lab activities
- Ensure all work meets required technical and quality standards
- Provide general support across laboratory and wider technology teams
- Assist with training new team members when required
- Degree or background in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial/Process Chemistry or similar
- Some laboratory or manufacturing experience (placement, internship, or work-based)
