As a CNC Turner, you will be required to set, program, and run CNC lathes and work on high-spec, precision components across multiple industries.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ability to program (offline using CAD/CAM), setup and run CNC turning machinery
  • Ensuring consistent quality
  • Ensuring delivery dates/internal milestones are met

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Read technical drawings
  • CAD/CAM essential
  • Extensive experience in turning is essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Forward-thinking approach
  • Team player
  • Using CMM (Desirable)
  • Computer-literate

Salary & Benefits: £18-20 per hour (equivalent to approx. £36-40k permanent salary). Regular overtime available; 20 days holiday + bank holidays; Pension scheme, Clothing (uniform).
