Account Manager Berkshire On-Site Full-Time A Leader in UK Electronics Manufacturing We are a Contract Electronics Manufacturer (CEM) with over 40 years of experience, headquartered in Berkshire. Specialising in high-quality PCBs, PCBAs, box builds, and final assemblies, we operate from multiple UK sites and are known for building strong, long-term customer partnerships. The Opportunity: Account Manager We’re looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Windsor. In this role, you’ll manage a small portfolio of key clients and play a vital part in ensuring smooth production and delivery. What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for a select group of customers Oversee the full production lifecycle—from order placement to final shipment Coordinate with internal teams (buying, stores, production, engineering) Ensure timely updates and delivery aligned with customer schedules Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Occasionally travel to customer sites (mostly UK-based) What You’ll Bring Experience managing customer accounts in a manufacturing or electronics environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercial awareness and confidence in stakeholder negotiations Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with MRP systems and attention to detail A technical understanding of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) A clean driving license and willingness to travel For more information, eamil: (url removed)
