We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Talent Sourcing Specialist with fluency in both English and German to support the commercial wing of a large listed pharmaceutical company. This position plays a key role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent, with a particular focus on servicing the German and Nordic markets.
You will also be expected to translate recruitment data into clear, visual dashboards using advanced Excel skills. Alternatively, equivalent experience with data presentation tools is also welcome. This is a hybrid role, based in Edinburgh, with 3 days per week in-office. There is no micromanagement, and you'll have the freedom to own your process while collaborating with a friendly, supportive team.
We have a multilingual office, including a strong and successful German-speaking team. We’re genuinely proud of the fantastic team members already supporting the German market, and we’re looking for someone who can work alongside and learn from them, while also bringing in their own perspective and strengths. Training will be roughly one month and it's a safe space.
The recruitment process is simple and personable:

- Step 3: Final interview with the hiring manager, Background checks, Offer
The ideal start date is April 2025, but we are happy to move sooner for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key commercial functions
- Help translate Excel data into meaningful dashboards to demonstrate sourcing activity
- Present metrics that clearly tell the hiring story
- Regularly liaise with German-speaking teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- Fluency in English and native-level German
- Previous sourcing or recruitment experience
- Knowledge of sourcing tools
- Excel skills – especially in data visualisation / dashboards would be great
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment
- Right to Work in UK - We do not hold a License for Visas
