Role Overview

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist with fluency in English and German to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, market research, and candidate sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and update talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Utilise market intelligence and data analytics to optimise sourcing strategies.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, and recruitment tools.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Xing, Arbeitnow, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar).
  • Ability to analyse and interpret market data to drive sourcing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
  • Right to Work in UK - No visa is available.
