We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator (German/English) to join our team at Hudson RPO. In this role, you will support and manage the recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders. You will play a vital part in driving recruitment activities and helping us provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and communicate interview logistics (in-person, telephone, Teams) with candidates and hiring teams.
- Background Checks: Initiate and monitor background checks to ensure candidates meet the required criteria.
- Absence Cover: Provide support for offsite resourcing, including conducting candidate reference checks as needed.
- Assessment Administration: Schedule and administer psychometric tests to assess candidate suitability for the role.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain and update the ATS to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment data.
- Candidate Relations: Build and maintain a positive rapport with candidates, providing them with the necessary information and updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and assistants, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaboration with Hudson RPO Team: Work closely with the wider Hudson RPO recruitment team to ensure consistent and efficient recruitment practices across all processes.
What We Need From You:
- Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or HR coordination.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using databases, CRM, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
- A proactive and positive approach, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
