Role Overview: Based in Edinburgh, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting recruitment processes for a prestigious client. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all training and certification requirements
- Respond promptly to emails and meet SLAs, including same-day completion of STL's and timely updates of trackers
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation and candidate records
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver efficient interviewing and onboarding solutions
- Take accountability for your handover tasks, escalations, and invoice processing
