About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Global Recruitment Project & Change Manager to lead end-to-end change and transformation initiatives across our Talent Acquisition function. In this high-impact role, you’ll report directly to the Global TA Director and work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve systems, processes, and candidate experiences globally. We need someone who drives from the front, thrives in complexity, and can see transformation projects through from ideation to implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global recruitment transformation and optimization projects from design to implementation across all regions.
- Facilitate and lead prioritisation sessions, confirming scope, building project teams and driving playbacks and project documentation.
- Develop and implement tailored change management and communication strategies to ensure successful global adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as a central point of coordination between global and regional TA teams as well as wider teams when needed.
- Translate global strategy into locally actionable and relevant solutions, ensuring consistency while respecting regional nuances.
- Apply agile project management methodologies to drive delivery in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Legal, Communications, and business leadership across time zones to deliver high-impact projects.
- Establish global governance models and frameworks for scalable, repeatable project delivery.
- Identify and address risks, interdependencies, and cultural considerations that may impact project outcomes.
- Analyze and improve TA system integrations, particularly across platforms such as Workday and Eightfold.
- Define what success looks like for each initiative, with clear KPIs and continuous improvement loops.
- Build trust and buy-in across global teams, ensuring adoption and support for transformation efforts.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR or TA transformation and change management within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end project delivery from identifying business needs to full implementation and stakeholder adoption.
- Experience with Workday, Eightfold, or similar HR systems is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills able to manage scope, timeline, and budget simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, execution-focused, and comfortable driving change at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working 3–4 days/week in our London Bankside office.
