We are seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Managing Director and Sales leadership. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that executive and commercial operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diary and email management for the MD and Sales Leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel (domestic and international), including itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
- Track and follow up on key actions, deadlines, and priorities on behalf of the MD.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as the first point of contact when required.
- Support with onboarding, communications, and internal processes across the sales function.
- Handle ad hoc project work, reporting, and administration as required.
Key Skills & Experience
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm and proactive approach.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
- Confident using MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Second language highly preferred - Romanian, Dutch or German.
