We're looking for an experienced and passionate Early Talent, Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in London. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and deliver our Early Talent acquisition strategy across graduate and intern.
- Partner with career services and external organisations to build and nurture strong pipelines of diverse talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from attraction and assessment to offer and onboarding—for graduate and internship/IP roles.
- Work closely with HR and business leaders in support of our Early Talent goals.
- Represent Haleon at events, careers fairs, and industry forums.
- Champion inclusion, equity, and belonging in all early talent initiatives.
- Use data to assess campaign effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience specifically in early talent or early careers recruitment ideally, as part of an internal team within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
- Proven experience supporting high-volume, early-careers campaigns from start to finish.
- Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, university partners, and early-career candidates.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model.
- Passionate about early talent/early careers and committed to building a strong, diverse, and inclusive workforce.
