We're looking for an experienced and passionate Early Talent, Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in London. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and deliver our Early Talent acquisition strategy across graduate and intern.
  • Partner with career services and external organisations to build and nurture strong pipelines of diverse talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from attraction and assessment to offer and onboarding—for graduate and internship/IP roles.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders in support of our Early Talent goals.
  • Represent Haleon at events, careers fairs, and industry forums.
  • Champion inclusion, equity, and belonging in all early talent initiatives.
  • Use data to assess campaign effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience specifically in early talent or early careers recruitment ideally, as part of an internal team within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
  • Proven experience supporting high-volume, early-careers campaigns from start to finish.
  • Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, university partners, and early-career candidates.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model.
  • Passionate about early talent/early careers and committed to building a strong, diverse, and inclusive workforce.
