We have an immediate temporary vacancy for an experienced Business Administrator to join our team at our beautiful care home in Portishead, Bristol. This role provides administrative support during a period of staff absence. The role may be full-time or part-time, depending on availability and operational needs.
Your role will include dealing with all aspects of financial and general administration for the home, including:
- Reviewing payroll
- Resident admission and discharge processes
- Recruitment administration
- Supporting HR processes
You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and internal support colleagues, therefore a friendly, professional, and approachable manner is essential. As well as providing high-quality administrative support to the Home Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to help ensure the home runs smoothly. You will receive strong support from colleagues and appropriate training.
