This Sales Associate Job Is For You, If You Enjoy:

- Assisting your team with general stock duties such as picking orders and pricing product
- Providing flexibility to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends & holidays

- Knowing basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and answering customer questions about the entire store
- Effectively operating a cash register

- Protecting all company assets, stocking merchandise in stores and backrooms
- Isolating, sorting, and organizing all damaged and outdated products and returns and informing management of any out-of-stock situations
- Helping maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise, and trash removal
- Placing stock orders, receiving freight, loading, and unloading trucks
- Providing ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
- Assisting in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances
- Performing related work as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities
- Ability to multi-task
- Be able to lift 40-60 pounds
- Ability to work in an environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold
- Good time-management skills and problem-solving abilities
