This Sales Associate Job Is For You If You Enjoy:

  • Delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player.
  • Being flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • Working at Birmingham International Airport.
  • Welcoming and greeting customers with a friendly smile.
  • Communicating well with customers, coworkers, and store management.
  • Becoming familiar with merchandise to help customers and answer questions.
  • Operating a cash register efficiently, including credit card transactions.
  • Following company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
  • Informing management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues.
  • Protecting company assets and stocking merchandise in the store and backroom.
  • Organising damaged products and notifying management of out-of-stock items.
  • Keeping the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organising merchandise, and taking out the trash.
  • Working with stock team to continuously replenish stock on the sales floor.
  • Performing other related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
  • Capability to lift 40-60 pounds.
  • Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
