This Sales Associate Job Is For You If You Enjoy:
- Delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player.
- Being flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Working at Birmingham International Airport.
- Welcoming and greeting customers with a friendly smile.
- Communicating well with customers, coworkers, and store management.
- Becoming familiar with merchandise to help customers and answer questions.
- Operating a cash register efficiently, including credit card transactions.
- Following company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
- Informing management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues.
- Protecting company assets and stocking merchandise in the store and backroom.
- Organising damaged products and notifying management of out-of-stock items.
- Keeping the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organising merchandise, and taking out the trash.
- Working with stock team to continuously replenish stock on the sales floor.
- Performing other related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
- Capability to lift 40-60 pounds.
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
