The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and grow revenue across our expanding range of hire services. This is a field-based role that requires a proactive sales professional who thrives on developing new accounts while managing and expanding an existing customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and cold calling.
  • Develop long-term relationships with contractors, construction companies, M&E contractors, local authorities, facilities management companies and industrial clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation and closing.
