This role suits someone who enjoys being out in the field, opening doors, and creating value — not just closing deals. You will play a key role in shaping future growth, working closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions for customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to negotiation and close
  • Attending meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer needs
  • Developing tailored proposals and solutions that add real value
  • Tracking activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent customer experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a business development or B2B sales role
  • A confident, credible communicator who builds trust easily
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently
  • Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required

What you’ll bring:

  • Energy, resilience, and a genuine enthusiasm for winning new business
  • A professional but approachable style
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to spot opportunities and act on them

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive salary with uncapped commission potential
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Autonomy to manage your own pipeline and territory
  • Supportive team environment with clear growth opportunities
  • Ongoing training and development
