Role Overview
We’re seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support our next stage of growth. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and helping drive revenue through strategic sales activities across our full range of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities (SMEs, mid-market and enterprise) through research, networking and outreach strategies.
- Generate leads and develop sales pipelines aligned with company growth targets.
- Conduct targeted cold calls, email campaigns, and virtual/in-person meetings with potential clients.
- Present service offerings clearly and professionally, tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, account management) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, commercial terms and contracts in line with company guidance.
- Track performance against sales targets; produce revenue forecasts and activity reports.
