Package: £40,000 to £55,000 plus commission & car

The role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a defined territory and drive sustainable sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, spotting opportunities, and making a real impact on business performance. You will be trusted to manage your area like your own business, balancing strategic planning with hands-on sales activity, while working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing sales across your assigned region, with full accountability for performance and targets
  • Developing strong, long-term relationships with both existing customers and new prospects
  • Identifying opportunities to expand product usage and increase market share
  • Planning and executing effective sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements within agreed parameters
  • Keeping accurate records of activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems
