Based in the Cotswolds (South Cerney), we work with a prestigious client base that includes Top 10 accountancy practices. Following consistent year-on-year growth we are now looking to welcome another ambitious Head-Hunter to our expanding team.
Previous recruitment experience is not required, as we provide in-depth and ongoing training and development. We are looking for confident, self-motivated, competitive, and resilient individuals that are driven by success and who want to help the UK's most talented accountancy and finance candidates make their next career move.

This role will have the following responsibilities:
- Contacting the UK's most talented candidates within the Accountancy and Finance industry via outbound calls, email, text and other platforms.
- Building a multi-skilled talent pool of candidates allowing you to be a step ahead for future recruitment plans that our International and National clients may have.
- Working in partnership with an experienced team of professional head-hunters and consultants.
- Speaking to candidates and advising them on market leading roles.
- Researching clients and job roles for specialist candidates.
- Headhunting for the most prestigious International and National firms in our industry.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and exposure:
- Bright, enthusiastic and target driven, motivated by success and financial reward.

- Exposure in sales would be advantageous but not essential.
