As a rapidly growing company, we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. This is a second-shift position with a Monday to Saturday work week, requiring night work 3 out of the four weeks per month. We are looking for bilingual leaders (Spanish and English).
Position Overview
As a key member of our project management team, the Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a team of technicians to execute our projects effectively. Working closely with HudMed's senior leadership, this individual will be on a trajectory to becoming a senior team leader within our organization. The position involves primarily evening hours and occasional weekends, with built-in break weeks to ensure work-life balance.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians by setting up, managing, and coordinating the required number of team members, tools, and supplies for each project.
- Coordinate transit logistics related to the project, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of equipment and personnel to project sites.
- Assign technicians to projects based on skillsets and project requirements, providing necessary supervision to ensure effective work performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of technicians throughout each project, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between hospitals and technicians, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.
- Receive comprehensive training in-house from HudMed's senior leadership to develop the skills and expertise required for this role.
