Your Role
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant with sports science experience to help drive business growth of human performance-related services across Northern Europe, focusing on the global pre-sales and post-sales deliverables, methodologies and processes.
You’ll be a key member in:
- Creating growth . Your region is strategically important to Hudl—you’ll be serving our elite revenue team and customers (i.e., high performing universities, national governing bodies and professional sports organizations) all across Northern Europe.
- Supporting sports organizations . Many users want to develop their data strategies to increase efficiency and effective decision-making—you’ll help them do that.
- Making an impact on every phase . You’ll provide support for the pre-sales, pro service and product innovation phases of our elite customer journey, helping Hudl achieve significant annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
Must-Haves
- Sports science background. You’ve helped elite sports teams make the most out of sports science-based high performance workflows.
- Excellent communication. You’re able to effectively qualify sales opportunities, and convey ideas and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. You excel at giving proposals, product demonstrations and presentations.
- Goal-oriented. You’re motivated by improving the customer experience and hitting revenue goals within your team and region.
- Analytical. You’re good with scientific methods and numbers.
- Enthusiastic. You thrive from leading proposals, product demonstrations, presentations, and other customer communications. You enjoy hitting the road with your team to meet with customers.
Nice-to-Haves
- Master’s degree. Preferred, but not required.
- Connected. You have a network within professional sports organisations and can leverage it.
- Customer-facing experience. You understand SaaS sales and consulting methodologies, know why we always put the customer first, and strive to generate revenue by excelling at technical pre-sales and solution consulting.
- Product development. You’ve influenced or supported product development in SaaS for sports before.
- Multilingual. You are fluent in English and either German or Spanish. (Any other languages are a plus.)

Compensation
The compensation for this role is displayed below. The actual earnings will vary based on your individual performance against defined quotas you’ll receive after your start date in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP).
