Your Role
We’re hiring a Solution Consultant to join our College & Professional team, where you’ll support the pre-sales, pro service and product innovation phases of our customer journey. You’ll be a key partner in helping us achieve our growth targets by delivering tools and expertise that improve the Hudl product experience for elite teams across the globe.
As a Solution Consultant, you’ll:
- Consult and demonstrate. You’ll deliver product demonstrations and consultative presentations to College & Professional customers—including clubs, federations and universities—during the pre-sales process. You’ll focus specifically on Pro Suite and our data science solutions.
- Support the sales cycle. You’ll manage the end-to-end process from creating market insights and product decks at the assess stage through to capturing post-sales handover content in Salesforce to ensure a smooth transition for our customers.
- Enable our teams. You’ll train and enable our sales teams to communicate the value of Hudl products confidently. By setting up training sessions and focus groups, you’ll ensure our communication with clients is consistent and meaningful.
- Bridge the gap. You’ll capture and share customer case studies, insights and feedback across internal teams like Product, Marketing and Support. You’ll also jump into special projects such as blogs and bespoke presentations to support the broader business.
For this role, we’re currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in London, but with our flexible work policy, there aren’t any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.

- Technically proficient. You’re strong in SQL and have a working knowledge of Python or R for advanced data prep.
- A complex problem solver. You’ve built actionable dashboards from complex, high-volume datasets—bonus points if you’ve worked with event-driven or spatio-temporal data.
