Your Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Account Executive to join our team, focusing on our licensing business across select accounts globally in verticals leveraging predictive modeling.
As a Sr. Account Executive, you’ll:
- Lead licensing growth and expansion. You’ll manage a high-value portfolio of licensing partners and can establish a network that will allow you to acquire new clients.
- Focus on people. You’ll work in a consultative manner to build deep relationships with licensing partners, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business goals and market dynamics.
- Work toward ambitious goals. You’ll achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets—including revenue growth and pipeline generation, and you can qualify efficiently to manage your pipeline.
For this role, we’re currently considering candidates who live within commuting distance of our London offices. With our flexible work policy, there aren’t any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.
Must-Haves
- Sports industry knowledge. Strong understanding of football and sports licensing in the global predictive analytics landscape, with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder relationships.
- An excellent communicator. You work confidently with executives to end users, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Proactive and data-driven. You don’t wait for direction to reach out to partners. You monitor usage metrics and market trends and own the full sales cycle.
- Organised and high-volume capable. You can handle multiple conversations across channels and accounts while applying MEDDICC to qualify opportunities.
- Multilingual. English plus one other fluent language preferred (Spanish, German or French) and additional languages a bonus.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in partnership or licensing roles. Sales, account management or customer success—ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Hudl product knowledge. Familiarity with Hudl’s ecosystem and can showcase the value of our analysis, scouting and data tools.
- Analytical mindset. Comfortable analyzing metrics to identify expansion opportunities, retention risks and partner health scores.
- Connected in the market. Robust network across companies/projects leveraging data for predictive sports algorithms.
- SaaS and CSM best practices. Understanding sales methodologies to maximize value for customers.

Compensation
The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills and education in line with internal pay equity practices. Final compensation will depend on performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.
