For this role, we’re currently considering candidates who live within commuting distance of our office in London. But with our flexible work policy, there aren’t any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.
Must‑Haves
Leadership and people management experience. You\’ve proven yourself as an Agile leader, implementing Agile values, frameworks and best practices in previous roles. You’ve also directly line managed, performance managed, and developed Scrum Masters in their career growth and goal setting.
Excellent communication skills. You can engage effectively with teams, leaders and stakeholders at all levels, clearly express trade‑offs and generate an understanding of solutions that are best for everyone.
A cross‑functional coach. You’re able to guide product teams, fostering collective problem‑solving and an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Candid and passionate. You take an open and curious approach, willing to challenge existing processes and drive meaningful change.
Customer‑oriented. You know that making our users’ lives easier is our number one priority, so you guide teams to remain focused on delivering measurable outcomes that improve the customer experience.
A champion of continuous delivery and quality. You guide Agile teams to deliver high‑quality, working software frequently—quality is never an afterthought.
A constant learner. You strive not just to learn, but to apply what you’ve learned in your personal and professional life, then share your expertise with others.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Diverse toolbelt. You understand the benefits of multiple product development frameworks—such as Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc.—as well as their unique value and how they can complement each other to drive effective outcomes.
Experience working with a global team. Our product team is spread across the U.S. and Europe, and remote collaboration skills will be part of the job.
Our Role
Champion work‑life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time above any required statutory leave, company‑wide holidays and timeout (meeting‑free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
Provide an environment to help you succeed. We’ve invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
