We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to help drive Hudl’s success by managing our employee experience and serving as a strategic partner to our leaders. You’ll provide coaching and recommendations across the employee lifecycle ensuring our talent priorities align with our business goals. This role requires someone who can be both strategic and hands-on, providing regional support across EMEA while partnering with our experts in learning and development, talent management and compensation. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll: You’ll serve as a strategic partner to leaders across Hudl, coaching them on employee relations, performance management, engagement and culture. Drive talent strategy. You’ll help create the talent strategy for your specific area and turn those high-level goals into executable actions. You’ll design programs to increase team performance and work closely with the wider People Ops team to deliver seamless service to all Hudlies. But with our flexible work policy, there aren\’t any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office. You have one to three years of well-rounded HRBP or advisory experience. You’ve successfully supported teams in a matrixed environment and know how to solve real-world business problems. You anticipate future people\’s needs and use data to shape your decisions. You’re comfortable building action plans and advising leaders based on clear insights. EMEA expertise. You have international HR experience across EMEA. Specific legal knowledge. You have a history of building high-trust cultures and are comfortable being respectfully blunt when giving and receiving feedback. Languages: If you’re fluent in either Italian or Spanish that would be a bonus!
