Your Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Elite Sales team. We have an established presence globally, working with a number of top-level companies and brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead our customer retention and engagement. Focusing on the licensing business in North America (Canada, USA) you’ll develop strong customer relationships, maximize their journey with us and become a trusted partner.
- Focus on people. By working in a consultative manner, you’ll build an understanding and relationship with your clients, educate them and carry out a range of engagement and commercial activities.
- Work toward goals. Throughout the year, you’ll work toward achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets, running meetings to understand clients’ needs, identifying opportunities, and driving adoption and consumption.
For this role, we’re currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha. With our flexible work policy, we expect in-office presence in Lincoln, (3) days a week.
Must-Haves
- Experienced in the field. You have three or more years of proven sales experience.
- Methodical. In your previous roles, you’ve worked with a CRM like Salesforce and have a disciplined approach to approaching and engaging partners by leveraging metrics of user behaviour and engagement.
- Consultative. You take the time to establish relationships, understand your client's goals, and ensure a seamless adoption and grow their scope by selling solutions that work for them.
- Curiosity. You’re continuously learning and growing, and aren’t afraid of challenging situations because you know you’ll learn something.
- Conscientious. You excel at driving customer success by empathizing with their challenges, maintaining an organized workflow, and proactively orchestrating stakeholder involvement to deliver optimal solutions.
- High-volume handler. You are able to handle a high volume of clients.
- Soccer background. You have a strong grasp on the sport whether through playing, coaching, or prior work experience.
- Strong communicator. You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate technical details about Hudl products.
Nice-to-Haves
- Passionate about sports and technology. You understand our solutions and can effectively communicate their value to your clients.
- Connected. You have handled numerous projects in this niche, data-focused market and come with a robust network.
- SaaS industry best practices. You are sharp on the latest trends within CSM function and be able to share these amongst the team and region to drive improved retention.
- Multilingual. You’re a native English speaker and fluent in French and/or Spanish.
- Educated. A degree is preferred.
Our Role
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting‑free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We’ve invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
- Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
- Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
- Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
