The successful candidate will be either Grade B or Grade C qualified solicitor (or similar). You will work closely with clients, medical experts, counsel and colleagues, handling a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice and securing justice for our clients.
- Conducting legal research, gathering evidence and instructing medical experts and counsel.
- Negotiating settlements and preparing cases for litigation if necessary.
- You will have experience of working on medical negligence claims.
- Attend business development and networking events.
- Be IT literate, including knowledge of using case management software, ideally Proclaim.
