You'll work across email strategy, automation, segmentation, and reporting, sitting closely with both the marketing and commercial teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning, building, and executing email campaigns across promotional, lifecycle, and transactional use cases.
- Owning and optimising automated flows—welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, win-back.
- Managing the Klaviyo and Shopify integration and keeping data clean across both platforms.
- Running A/B tests, monitoring deliverability, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Building segments based on purchase behaviour, lifecycle stage, and engagement.
- Tracking and reporting on email revenue, AOV, LTV, open rates, and funnel conversion.
- Optimising sign-up forms and Shopify conversion paths to grow the subscriber base.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Klaviyo experience in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and how it connects with email platforms.
- Confident building flows and campaigns from scratch.
- Analytical, organised, and able to work across multiple brands or projects at once.
- Solid understanding of deliverability, list health, and GDPR requirements.
If you’re a Klaviyo specialist who thrives in a fast-moving e-commerce environment and wants genuine ownership of the CRM function, we’d love to hear from you.
