The Opportunity
We’re looking for a brand-led marketer and communications specialist who is as passionate about storytelling as they are about strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work across a portfolio of iconic entertainment brands, helping to shape how they evolve, grow and connect with audiences globally. You’ll play a central role in building campaigns, guiding creative, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the strength and integrity of the brands.
You’ll act as a true brand guardian, while also being hands-on in delivering campaigns and collaborating with partners across multiple markets. It’s a role for someone who enjoys both the big-picture thinking and the detail—someone who can switch from shaping strategy to making things happen.

So, what will you be doing?
- Shaping and protecting the brands: own and champion brand identity across a diverse portfolio spanning live entertainment, screen, consumer products and more.
- Support the development of brand strategies and campaigns that drive long-term growth while staying true to each brand’s unique identity.
- Ensure consistency, quality and creative excellence across all markets and partner activity.
- Bringing campaigns to life: lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to execution.
- Act as the key point of contact for marketing and communications across franchise projects, managing creative development and approvals.
- Work closely with global partners to ensure campaigns land effectively across different audiences and regions.
- Collaborating with partners and teams: build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and agencies around the world.
- Play a key role in shaping partnerships and promotional activity that extend the reach and impact of the brands.
- Work closely with communications teams to ensure messaging is aligned across both consumer and trade audiences.
- Building the foundations for success: oversee brand guidelines, toolkits and assets, ensuring teams and partners have what they need to deliver best-in-class work.
- Support commercial teams with compelling brand materials and pitch decks.
- Help establish clear processes and ways of working that enable teams to deliver efficiently and at pace.
- Connecting with audiences: collaborate with digital and social teams to grow and engage global fan communities.
- Support the integration of owned platforms into broader marketing strategies, helping to deepen audience connection and drive fandom.
