Job Description A newly created opportunity for a Head of Licensing to build the brand licensing business within a global entertainment IP owner, leading the development of consumer products for a portfolio of hugely successful IP. Joining a dynamic commercial department responsible for planning, licensing, and overseeing the quality of products and experiences across Theatrical and Live, Immersive and Themed Entertainment, Consumer Products, and Merchandise in line with the company’s franchise strategy. The Head of Licensing will report directly to the CCO and be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term growth strategy for the consumer products business across the globe ensuring revenue targets are met and brand values adhered to. The position will focus on the appointment and management of the global agent landscape as well as the set up and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the business. In addition, the Head of Licensing will be responsible for direct partner appointment and management where appropriate such as global/regional licensees, in-venue merchandise companies and halo collaborations.
