This role sits within the Member Servicing team and is responsible for administering a high volume of pension data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems. The postholder will reconcile monthly payments for both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) bank accounts, manage system updates, and support ongoing process improvements across UPM and other pension platforms. The role will also involve mentoring junior team members and acting as a key point of contact for guidance and technical support within the team.
