Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and prep foods as needed.
- Keep the dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
- Maintain clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
- Properly wash, stack, and store glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
- Change water in machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required, and use chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
- Assist in timely storing of food deliveries.
- Maintain trash cans throughout the shift and remove full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Maintain the dry storage area and organize storage shelves.
- Follow the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
- Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
