Joseph Norton Academy (Wellspring Academy Trust) is looking for a resilient, creative Classroom Teacher for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, starting January 2027. Permanent, MPS/UPS plus SEN point (£34,069–£52,835), closing 13 October 2026 at 8am.
The role: Deliver a nurture-focused curriculum to pupils with SEMH needs, using approaches such as unconditional positive regard and restorative practice. Currently based at Busker Lane, Scissett until the school moves to its new building in Deighton.
