The role:
Help pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs stay engaged and regulated in school, working closely with teaching staff. Currently based at Busker Lane, Scissett before the move to the new school in Deighton.

Patience, empathy, resilience and a willingness to learn. Experience with SEMH or challenging behaviour is useful.
