We have an exciting opportunity for a solution‑focused and highly organised individual to take strategic and operational responsibility for the Huddersfield Town Foundation’s Community Engagement programmes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, inclusive, and impactful interventions that enable people across our community to BELONG through connection and inclusion, GROW through opportunity, and THRIVE through improved wellbeing.

This role combines management with hands‑on delivery, overseeing a diverse portfolio of community programmes while supporting the development of staff, partnerships, and evidence‑based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Community Engagement programmes across the BELONG Pillar, ensuring high‑quality, inclusive, and impactful delivery.
  • Line manage and support Community Engagement Coaches delivering Premier League Inspires, Premier League Kicks, and a range of prevention and rehabilitation projects.
  • Contribute to delivery where required, modelling high standards and supporting consistent practice.
  • Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting, ensuring accurate data capture and translation into Salesforce CRM.
  • Strengthen partnerships with schools, community organisations, local authorities, and other agencies.
  • Support resource and programme development to empower participants and enhance programme effectiveness.
  • Drive strong evidence of impact across Premier League Inspires and Premier League Kicks, ensuring consistent measurement against KPIs and continuous programme growth.
About You

We are seeking a proactive, motivated individual who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people and adults at risk.

You will have:

  • Experience delivering or coordinating community, youth, or sport‑based programmes.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
  • Confidence in monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, productive partnerships.
  • A commitment to inclusive practice and empowering participants to reach their potential.
Essential Qualifications
  • English and Maths GCSE at grades A*-C or 4-9.
  • Valid FA Emergency Aid Certificate.
  • Valid Safeguarding Certificate.
  • Level 2 multi-skills or other equivalent Level 2 NGB qualification.
  • Have or working towards a relevant Level 2 (or higher) qualification.
