Overview

Huddersfield Town AFC Vacancy – Ticket Office Assistant

Up to £23,000 per annum. Full-time – 35+ hours per week including home match days and at other times as required. Permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Process ticket sales through the ticketing system and assist with season card sales and the annual renewal process.
  • Support the Ticket Office throughout each week and on home match days; work flexibly to cover evenings and weekends to ensure a smooth and effective ticketing service.
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience to supporters, helping them purchase season cards and match day tickets, in person or online.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., ticketing, retail, customer service) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful approach, and the ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to liaise with a diverse range of people in a consistently professional manner and act as a positive ambassador for Huddersfield Town AFC.
