The predicted salary is between 13.5 - 13.5 £ per hour.
£13.50 per hour. Part‑time (10 hours per week) covering Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings (two hours per day) and Sunday afternoons (four hours) during each season.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to support our Women’s First Team as a Goalkeeper Coach. In this role you will be responsible for providing an inclusive and supportive environment where all players can develop their football skills. As a Coach, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a love for the game, promoting teamwork, and empowering our players to reach their full potential.
Working closely with the Women’s Team Manager, the post holder will assist with training sessions, weekly planning, on‑pitch coaching, match day management, and post‑match reflections. You will also deliver measurable technical, tactical, physical and psychological development for all Goalkeepers in the squad.
With previous Goalkeeping coaching experience in football, you must be able to demonstrate a positive record of individual player development and hold a UEFA C/FA Level 2 coaching qualification as a minimum. You must have or be working towards a UEFA B Goalkeeping Coaching qualification.
We are looking for a strong team player with a genuine desire to be part of the next phase of development for our thriving Women’s Team, building on the success of the 2025/26 season.

As this role is likely to involve the supervision of and work with children, young people, and/or adults at risk, the successful candidate will require clearance to work in football and an Enhanced Criminal Records Check (CRC) through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
