The predicted salary is between 24000 - 24000 £ per year.

A part-time position of 28 hours over four days per week with a salary of £24,000 per annum (based on a full-time equivalent salary of £30,000 per annum). This role supports the Head of Human Resources and EDI, Human Resources Manager, and Senior Safeguarding Manager with day-to-day activities related to the Company’s employment and safeguarding provisions.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in:

  • Safeguarding and safer recruitment and selection
  • Employment documentation
  • Maintaining the Company's HR software system and safeguarding systems

The post holder will provide a proactive and effective administration service for the Club and Town Sports and Entertainment Group (the 'Company'), ensuring full compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding regulations. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced working environment.

Key skills required include:

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, and previous safeguarding experience is desirable. Confidentiality is a key aspect of this position due to access to sensitive information.
