- Provide constructive challenge, insight and good governance.
- Support plans to develop more sustainable income through fundraising, the community café and venue hire.
- Help strengthen partnerships and connections across Huddersfield.
- Contribute to areas such as Finance, HR or Marketing and Communications, depending on your experience and interests.
- Help the charity explore opportunities to tackle the underlying causes of disadvantage, including housing, health, wellbeing and specialist advice.
You do not need previous Trustee experience to make a valuable contribution. We are particularly interested in hearing from people with lived or professional experience of homelessness, mental health, poverty or addiction, as well as those with expertise in:
- Advice, information and guidance
- Communications and marketing
- Income generation and fundraising
