Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Qualified dental nurse/ Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This role is vital in ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient operation of our front desk. We are a 5 surgery practice with a large dental team.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar effectively to optimise time management.
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Provide information about services offered and answer general inquiries from clients.
