Summary
The PR & Influencer Manager is a dynamic role that requires strong, established relationships with key press and influencers across the UK and Europe, a combination of interpersonal skills, a strategic and creative mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of market trends, the evolving influencer landscape, and competitive brand activations.
Key Objectives
- Drive Huda Beauty to achieve/maintain a top Global EMV across influencers and MUAs
- Expand and nurture a diverse network of forward‑thinking content creators and media partners
- Secure impactful editorial coverage, product placement, interviews, and brand advocacy across markets
- Keep Huda Beauty at the forefront of industry trends through innovative PR and influencer activations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Manager to optimise & deliver the UK/EU Press & Influencer strategy, supporting new launches and hero products across key markets including the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey and Poland
- Support the Event Manager in delivering impactful influencer and media events, ensuring seamless coordination and inspiring brand experiences
- Build, maintain and grow relationships with media, PR agencies and key retail partners, including Sephora, to unlock opportunities and maximise brand visibility
- Lead influencer community management, talent discovery and relationship development, expanding Huda Beauty's network across the region
- Manage PR agencies across priority markets, ensuring they are equipped with the assets, information and guidance needed to deliver strong results
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through reporting, using platforms such as Launchmetrics, CreatorIQ and Cision to measure coverage, content performance and EMV
Team Management & Cross‑Collaboration
- Provide day‑to‑day coaching, support and development to the PR & Influencer Coordinator
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales and Global teams to deliver integrated campaigns, share best practice and support retail priorities
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with influencers (preferably beauty)
- Ability to work in dynamic & fast paced environments
- Exceptional relationship‑builder & natural communicator
- Excellent analytical skills & high interest to learn about new analytics trends
- Well‑rounded with Influencers trends & the Beauty world
- Multi‑tasker with a vision
- Brings energy, positivity, and a solutions‑focused mindset to every challenge
- Experience using influencer reporting platforms such as Creator IQ/TRAACKR for influencers and Launchmetrics/Cision for press
- Excel & PowerPoint proficient
- Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative
