Summary: Huda Beauty is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator responsible for managing the entire customer order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery, providing world-class service to internal and external partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth flow of B2B order information into ERP Microsoft Dynamics system upon receipt, via manual entry, upload, or EDI
- Serve as main contact for customers regarding order queries and amendments
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely shipment of orders
- Request POs from customers for upcoming launches to ensure correct order processing and forecast allocation
- Provide weekly stock reports to retailers and the commercial team with updated ETAs
- Manage return orders for RTVs, ensuring closure based on quantities received at DCs
- Investigate order shortages with warehouses
- Provide commercial invoices for export orders
- Communicate order status and phasing at month-end to the Operations Manager
