Summary: We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant PR & Influencer Manager to support the execution of press and influencer strategies across the UK and European markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling, digital culture, and brand communication to contribute to high-impact campaigns and build relationships that grow brand visibility and engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- PR Support: Assist with the development and coordination of local PR strategies and product launch plans. Assist execution of launch events, press days and influencer activations across key cities. Assist management and logistics of press materials including press releases, lookbooks, and media alerts. Maintain and update regional press lists and media databases. Monitor press coverage, compile regular clippings reports, and evaluate campaign success. Ensure timely agency product send-outs, samples, and image requests from media and stylists.
- Influencer Marketing: Support day-to-day influencer outreach, gifting, and seeding initiatives. Assist identify, vet and manage influencer community and partnerships across UK and Europe (macro, micro, and nano). Track, analyse and report on influencer coverage and performance metrics. Help manage influencer databases and update CRM tools. Support relationship building and community engagement with key beauty creators.
- Administrative & Cross-Functional: Help coordinate with internal teams (e-commerce, social, creative, product) for campaign rollouts. Support budget tracking, invoicing, and logistics. Maintain internal trackers (budgets, contacts, campaign calendars & trackers). Provide ad hoc support to the PR & Influencer Manager and wider communications team.
- Management: Management of 2 direct reports – prior team management experience preferred.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing, in-house or agency (beauty preferred).
- Passion for fashion/beauty/lifestyle.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication (English required, a second EU language is a plus).
- Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools (e.g., Tribe, Launch metrics, Tagger, CreatorIQ, etc.).
- Good experience using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) for brand awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar is a plus.
- Proactive, team player and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
